Refund Policy
Effective Date: 2nd April 2026 | Governing Law: New South Wales, Australia
This Refund Policy applies to all programs, digital products, masterclasses, workshops, challenges, and services offered by The Quantum Life Pty Ltd. By purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to this Policy in full.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases from The Quantum Life Pty Ltd are final. We do not offer refunds on any program, masterclass, self-paced course, digital download, workshop, challenge, intensive, or any other product or service, except as expressly required by the Australian Consumer Law.
This policy applies to all current and future offerings, including but not limited to:
- The Mastermind — Meet Fear, with Love™
- Higher Self Mastery™
- Spiritual Business Ease™
- Fire Horse Intensive
- Flight 369 — Quarterly Masterclass
- Self-Forgiveness Challenge
- All other digital products, online programs, and live or recorded offers
WHAT IS NOT A GROUND FOR REFUND
The following are expressly not considered grounds for a refund under any circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability or failure to attend live calls, sessions, or events
- Non-completion of the program or course
- Failure to achieve desired personal, spiritual, financial, or other results
- Personal circumstances arising after the date of purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the content, style, approach, or delivery of the program
- Withdrawal from the program or container, for any reason
- Disputes with other participants or community members
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS
Where a program is offered with monthly installments, those installments represent a full, non-cancellable financial commitment to the entire program term. A monthly payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription that may be cancelled at any time. The full program investment remains due and payable regardless of participation, completion, or withdrawal.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
In the rare circumstance where advertised program inclusions have not been delivered, a written refund request may be submitted to hello@yummiinguyen.com within 30 days of program commencement. The request must specifically identify which advertised inclusions were not delivered and include supporting evidence.
All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Quantum Life Pty Ltd and are not guaranteed. No refund requests will be considered after 30 days from program commencement.
A Client who receives a refund under these exceptional circumstances agrees that they will not be eligible to re-enrol in any future programs offered by The Quantum Life Pty Ltd.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers may be entitled to a remedy where a service has a major failure, is not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description. If you believe this applies to your situation, please contact us in writing at hello@yummiinguyen.com
CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first engaging our dispute resolution process is a breach of these Terms and your Program Agreement. The Quantum Life Pty Ltd reserves the right to immediately revoke all program access, pursue debt recovery, and seek legal costs and damages in the event of an unauthorised chargeback.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Purchase of any product or service from The Quantum Life Pty Ltd does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, transformation, or return. Results vary significantly from person to person and depend on individual effort, engagement, and integration.
